LinkedIn company pages on one PC

I keep each LinkedIn company Page I administer in a local profile that matches how LinkedIn already expects me to sign in. Super admins, content admins, and personal LinkedIn are different jobs. I do not write invitation-limit bypasses.

The useful caveat: this is isolation for LinkedIn work you already pay for or were invited to. A new folder does not create a Page, and it does not replace a Sales Navigator seat.

Pages versus personal versus paid seats

A company Page is an asset. Your personal LinkedIn is an identity LinkedIn wants to be real. Sales Navigator and Recruiter are licenses. Campaign Manager is ads.

Multiple accounts on one PC is the parent split. MaskWright 0.1: Windows 10/11, per-profile user-data-dir, no seats of our own. profiles.json is encrypted. Chromium user data is not. Bring your own HTTP or SOCKS5 if that company already uses an exit.

No invitation-limit theater

Connection caps and invitation limits are LinkedIn's product. I will not write a second identity to reset them. Same honesty as ads limits elsewhere.

Public looking that does not need a login stays in a research profile. LinkedIn research on public pages. If I need more than public HTML, I use official APIs or a licensed seat, not a scraper costume. Reddit API versus headed browsing is the same split on another site.

Reddit ads and Reddit mod tools are other folders. Reddit Ads Manager isolation. Reddit moderation accounts. Wide monitors are not a shared cookie store.

How I set a Page profile

Empty cookies. Official sign-in as the person who is already an admin. 2FA on a device I hold. No unofficial growth extensions. Invite other admins in LinkedIn's Page admin settings. Do not export cookies.

If two companies are two clients, two folders. Matching locale is fine. Matching cookies are not.

On a real Windows desk

Company A is a named profile. I sign in as the person who is already a Page admin. I confirm the Page switcher shows A, not a leftover client from last month. Google account pickers are a different product. LinkedIn still has its own switcher. I close extras.

Invitation limits stay LinkedIn's. I do not keep a second empty profile "for when InMail runs out." If I need more reach, I buy the SKU or I stop.

Downloads of analytics sit in ops, not in a research profile I also use for public Pages. If I look at a competitor Page, I do it logged out in the research folder, then I come back here to post as A.

Co-admins get LinkedIn's admin invite. On their PC they install MaskWright if they want a local folder, create empty, sign in as themselves. No zip.

FAQ

LinkedIn wants my real name. Is a second profile fake?

A second profile is a second cookie store. Use the real admin identity LinkedIn issued. Keep personal scrolling out of the client Page folder when you can.

Can one super admin profile hold five client Pages?

If LinkedIn already shows those Pages on one login, that login can live in one folder. If clients must not share pixels, downloads, or history, prefer separate admin users plus separate folders. I default to one folder per client when I am an agency.

Do I need Sales Navigator to admin a Page?

No. Page admin is a Page permission. Navigator is a different SKU. Do not pirate it inside MaskWright.

Cloud LinkedIn versus local?

A cloud browser holds a second copy of the session. I keep Page admin on local disk. Compare local versus cloud.

Admin the Pages you were invited to. Keep personal LinkedIn and paid seats in the folders that match those jobs. Do not reset invitation limits with paint.
