LinkedIn Sales Navigator stays licensed

Sales Navigator stays licensed. A local profile does not replace a seat you did not buy. This page refuses unofficial access costumes. Local Windows notes only.

LinkedIn Sales Navigator stays licensed 1

Sales Navigator is a seat you buy from LinkedIn. A local MaskWright profile does not replace that seat. I will not write unofficial access costumes, shared logins for a whole floor, or a "free Navigator" fingerprint trick.

That is the useful caveat. Isolation is for a licensed login you already have, so it does not share cookies with personal LinkedIn, a client Page, or Campaign Manager.

What I actually isolate

The Navigator session belongs in a profile named after that seat. Personal LinkedIn stays out if I can keep the jobs apart. Company Page admin is a different permission. LinkedIn company pages on one PC. Recruiter is a different SKU. LinkedIn Recruiter workflows. Ads: Campaign Manager isolation.

Multiple accounts on one PC is the parent split. MaskWright 0.1: Windows 10/11, per-profile user-data-dir, no MaskWright seats. We cannot vend LinkedIn licenses. profiles.json is encrypted. Chromium user data is not.

Sharing the seat

If your contract allows a named user, that named user signs in on their PC, in their empty profile. If LinkedIn forbids sharing, do not share. I do not export cookies so a second person can "just look." Cookie import in this product is plaintext on disk. That is a key, not a floor pass.

Research that is not Navigator

Public pages do not need a pirated seat. LinkedIn research on public pages. Official APIs beat unofficial collectors. Reddit API versus headed browsing is the same idea elsewhere. Reddit Ads is unrelated and gets its own folder. Reddit Ads Manager isolation.

YouTube Studio is another licensed-adjacent work surface. Keep it out of Navigator. YouTube Studio on a local profile.

How I set the profile

Empty cookies. Official Navigator URL. 2FA on a device I hold. Optional HTTP or SOCKS5 if the company already requires an exit for this seat. No unofficial "export to CSV" extensions LinkedIn did not bless.

Bulk start in MaskWright can open several work profiles you already run. It is not a way to multiply Navigator seats.

On a real Windows desk

The Navigator profile is named after the seat, not after a territory. I open the official Navigator URL. I confirm the license badge I already pay for. If it is missing, I have a billing problem, not a fingerprint problem.

CSV exports from Navigator, if my contract allows them, go to the CRM the company already uses. They do not stay in the Chromium download tray. They do not get imported into a cold research profile as a "lead list to scrape."

I do not install unofficial LinkedIn exporters. Unpacked extensions in this product load with --load-extension. An exporter that wants <all_urls> can read Recruiter and Gmail if I am sloppy. It stays out.

Sticky HTTP or SOCKS5 only if the company already requires it for this seat. Geo check before password. Household IP is allowed when the company allows work from that house.

FAQ

Can I keep Navigator and personal LinkedIn together?

LinkedIn often ties them. If they are one login, they may have to live in one folder. I still keep client Page downloads and ads billing out when those use different logins.

Will a new fingerprint unlock a trial I already used?

I will not write that. Trials and seats are LinkedIn's business.

Is a cloud browser OK for Navigator?

The vendor then holds the session. I keep licensed work on local disk unless the company already standardized on a cloud browser for other reasons. Compare local versus cloud.

Do I automate InMail in MaskWright?

No. No Playwright product. Use Navigator as LinkedIn shipped it.

Can I keep Campaign Manager in the Navigator profile because I am the same buyer?

If LinkedIn uses one login, they may share a folder. If ads is a different advertiser login, split it. Do not park billing next to InMail because the monitor is wide.

Buy the seat. Put that login in a local folder. Invite people the way LinkedIn allows. Do not costume a missing license.

I skip unofficial exporters, cookie dumps to interns, and trial-reset fingerprints. I move CSVs to the CRM the contract allows. I geo-check a company proxy if this seat already requires one. I close Navigator when the desk is done.
